Occupational therapy helps people improve functioning in their areas of injury, illness, and/or disability. This can have positive implications for individuals' participation at school, work, social situations, community, family, and day-to-day tasks.

Our occupational therapist can help with conducting evaluations and therapy to better determine individuals' strengths and challenges. This might be inclusive of sensory related issues, fine motor problems (poor handwriting), sensori-motor deficits, visual-spatial difficulties, among others. Our OTs may also incorporate mindful practices and other evidence-based techniques.
