POST-DOCTORAL EXTERN

We are looking to hire a Post-Doctoral Extern to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in conducting neuropsychological evaluations as well as treating a variety of mental health symptoms and diagnoses (individual, family, and group treatment). We are also looking for an Extern who has an interest in being trained in supervision for trainees. They must be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. The Extern will be conducting neuropsychological evaluations, providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients, as well as developing and providing group based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must possess and/or anticipate receiving a Doctoral degree in Psychology within 6 months. They must also have experience in conducting neuropsychological evaluations. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

We are looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in treating the following areas related to a child's ability to participate functionally in daily life: sensory processing issues, motor skill deficits, visual perceptual skills, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. We are also looking for this therapist to be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. This therapist will be providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients as well as develop and provide group based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the OT evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin and hold an active NBCOT certification. Experience in both pediatrics and adults of >1 year along with a passion for Mental Health, Sensory Processing and Executive Function Interventions is desired. CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA)

We are looking to bring on a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to carry out occupational therapy treatment to children, adolescents and adults. This COTA would join a team of OTs and will have either direct or general supervision depending on skill level. Our OT program uses a variety of treatment interventions for patients with mental health, cognitive, developmental and physical delays.  We are looking for a COTA who is familiar with typical development along with knowledge on sensory processing, social emotional and executive functioning interventions.   A COTA who understands that development and overall function in daily life is built on the connection between the mind and body skill set. We are looking for someone who has good client and family interaction as we also focus on providing education to our clients and families to ensure good carry-over of treatment into community settings. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of days and times worked. Competitive pay and benefits offered. SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

We would like to add another Speech and Language therapist to our team. We are looking to hire a motivated and compassionate SLP who has experience in treating a variety of diagnoses related to both the social, developmental and cognitive aspects of language. This may include: language delays (receptive or expressive), oral motor/ feeding concerns, articulation, phonological or fluency issues, social skills and executive functioning delays. This therapist will be providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients as well as running groups. We are looking for a SLP with strong communication abilities to work with both the client’s caregivers and our team. Interdisciplinary discussions are encouraged for coordination of care. Information obtained through the speech and language evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. We are also looking for a Lead Psychotherapist to be available for consults and supervision of trainees and other clinical staff. This therapist will maintain a reduced caseload so as to allow time for the additional Lead responsibilities. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. We are looking to hire a Group Facilitator to join our team. Our clinic is interested in bringing on a clinician to lead and facilitate a variety of groups for individuals of all ages. We are interested in having several group options for our clients. There is flexibility regarding topics covered and the number of groups ran per week. Potential discussions might be inclusive of sensory processing, handwriting, coping and regulation, mindfulness/relaxation/yoga, social skills, DBT, self-compassion, parent support/psychoeducation, art, music, executive functioning, etc. This is a contract position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours.
