PSYCHOLOGIST

We are looking to hire a Licensed Psychologist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in conducting neuropsychological evaluations as well as treating a variety of mental health symptoms and diagnoses (individual, family, and group treatment). We are also looking for a Psychologist to be available for consults and potentially supervise trainees, as well as be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. This therapist will be conducting neuropsychological evaluations, providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients, as well as developing and providing group based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin to practice as a Psychologist, and have experience in conducting neuropsychological evaluations. POST-DOCTORAL EXTERN

We are looking to hire a Post-Doctoral Extern to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in conducting neuropsychological evaluations as well as treating a variety of mental health symptoms and diagnoses (individual, family, and group treatment). We are also looking for an Extern who has an interest in being trained in supervision for trainees. They must be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. The Extern will be conducting neuropsychological evaluations, providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients, as well as developing and providing group based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must possess and/or anticipate receiving a Doctoral degree in Psychology within 6 months. They must also have experience in conducting neuropsychological evaluations. TESTING TECHNICIAN/PSYCHOMETRIST

We are looking to hire a Testing Technician/Psychometrist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in conducting neuropsychological evaluations. The Testing Technician/Psychometrist will be conducting neuropsychological evaluations, including test administration, scoring, interpreting, reporting, and joining clinical intakes and feedbacks. Information obtained through the evaluations will help provide additional treatment direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a contract position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must possess a Doctoral degree or be enrolled in a Doctoral program through an accredited school and have experience with neuropsychological testing. Qualified candidates must, at the very least, have thorough knowledge and understanding about the testing process and be familiar with the following areas of testing: cognitive, attention/executive functioning, and social/emotional/behavioral/personality. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

We are looking to hire an Occupational Therapist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in treating the following areas related to a child's ability to participate functionally in daily life: sensory processing issues, motor skill deficits, visual perceptual skills, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. We are also looking for this therapist to be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. This therapist will be providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients as well as develop and provide group based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the OT evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. Qualified clinicians must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin and hold an active NBCOT certification. Experience in both pediatrics and adults of >1 year along with a passion for Mental Health, Sensory Processing and Executive Function Interventions is desired. SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

We would like to add another Speech and Language therapist to our team. We are looking to hire a motivated and compassionate SLP who has experience in treating a variety of diagnoses related to both the social, developmental and cognitive aspects of language. This may include: language delays (receptive or expressive), oral motor/ feeding concerns, articulation, phonological or fluency issues, social skills and executive functioning delays. This therapist will be providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients as well as running groups. We are looking for a SLP with strong communication abilities to work with both the client’s caregivers and our team. Interdisciplinary discussions are encouraged for coordination of care. Information obtained through the speech and language evaluations and intervention will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. This is a full-time position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered. GROUP FACILITATOR

We are looking to hire a Group Facilitator to join our team. Our clinic is interested in bringing on a clinician to lead and facilitate a variety of groups for individuals of all ages. We are interested in having several group options for our clients, especially over the summer months (July through August), with options for continued group facilitation thereafter. There is flexibility regarding topics covered and the number of groups ran per week. Potential discussions might be inclusive of sensory processing, handwriting, coping and regulation, mindfulness/relaxation/yoga, social skills, DBT, self-compassion, parent support/psychoeducation, art, music, executive functioning, etc. This is a contract position with some flexibility in terms of scheduling and hours. LICENSED CLINICAL SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

We are looking to hire a Licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in Substance Use/Abuse (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Treatment (AODA)) to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in treating a variety of mental health symptoms and dual diagnoses (individual, family, and group treatment). We are also looking for a Psychotherapist to be available for consults and potentially supervise trainees, as well as be well rounded in treatment techniques for various age ranges as we see children, teens and adults. This therapist will be providing direct 1 on 1 therapy to our clients, as well as developing and providing group-based therapy. Groups are often interdisciplinary and therefore, we are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with others and has strong communication skills. Information obtained through the interventions will help provide our team additional direction to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to care for each client. Qualified clinicians must be licensed in the state of Wisconsin to practice as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. Willingness to work on a team-based approach within the clinic as well as with a medical team for MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment). Must have knowledge of 42 CFR part 2, specific HIPAA and confidentiality regulations for AODA treatment. • Ability to help the client identify triggers, cues and urges to use DOC (drug of choice).
