As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide our patients/clients with office & telehealth services and collaborate with a fantastic provider team. A Spanish-bilingual candidate is preferred. This is a full-time office position. What You'll Do as a Scheduling Coordinator: - Complete initial intake information for clients and families seeking services for the first time, via phone, emails, and direct referrals. - Provides information about available services and identifies the most appropriate providers for services including the identification of specialty providers when needed. - Review requests and integrate new client appointments with our multispecialty team. - Facilitates insurance coverage & verification calls; communicates the cost of services to meet the needs of the practice and client - Coordinate schedules and assure arrival of appointments and follow up with any missed visits Minimum Education & Experience for a Scheduling Coordinator: - Associate degree and 2 years related experience, healthcare private practice setting a plus. - Relevant Degree includes the following degrees: Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, and Child Development. Other degrees may be considered. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: · Dependable with at least 3 professional references · M- F office hours with potential Saturday rotation · Microsoft Suite of products · Must be able to pass a background check · Must be able to meet training and compliance requirements for the position.
